Thunderbird 157 fixes 100% CPU usage, OpenPGP and IMAP issues

Thunderbird 157 is out with fixes for a bug that could push CPU usage to 100%, plus OpenPGP RSA key rejection, Gmail OAuth2 failures on Windows and IMAP Sent folder problems. The release also adds two enterprise policies: DisableChat and DisableFileLink.
