FDA approves Rasonque, first RAS(ON) inhibitor for pancreatic cancer

The FDA approved Revolution Medicines' daraxonrasib (Rasonque) for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma after prior systemic therapy. In a 500-patient trial, median survival was 13.2 months versus 6.7 months on standard chemotherapy.
