Wolfspeed adds premium 200 mm SiC substrate

Wolfspeed has expanded its silicon carbide portfolio with a premium 200 mm n-type SiC substrate featuring fewer than 0.01 micropipes per cm² (under three per wafer) and low threading screw dislocation levels. The material is commercially available now; Wolfspeed has run 200 mm production since 2022.
