WhatsApp Business pricing changes October 1: new rates and standalone markets

Meta is updating the WhatsApp Business Platform rate card on October 1, 2026: Hong Kong, Hungary, Poland, Qatar, Romania and Singapore become standalone markets, utility and authentication rates rise in several countries and fall in Poland. Billing still applies only to delivered template messages, while service-window and inbound messages stay free.
