EdgeCortix unveils RAIDEN chiplet for physical AI

Japan's EdgeCortix has launched RAIDEN, a scalable AI chiplet built on its DNA-X architecture. The four-die RAIDEN-X4 flagship delivers up to 3.36 PFLOPS of FP4 compute, 256 GB of memory and 1.54 TB/s die-to-die bandwidth. Customer design wins are already secured in aerospace, defense and robotics.
