Huawei Ascend CANN Open-Source Community Claims China-Leading Activity

Huawei announced its CANN open-source community for Ascend accelerators has over 6,230 monthly active developers and 60 million repository downloads, with more than half of contributions from outside the Ascend organization. The stack supports over 90 open projects, including PyTorch, vLLM, SGLang, and Triton.
