China Mobile Open-Sources Open-RAIL Engineering Base for VLA and WAM Robot Models

China Mobile has open-sourced Open-RAIL, an engineering platform connecting VLA and WAM models to robots. It combines inference, real-hardware operation, data collection, and model iteration; four robots and 10 models are supported.
