OpenAI lets ChatGPT subscribers use their plan in third-party coding tools
At DevDay 2026 OpenAI announced that ChatGPT Plus and Pro subscribers can spend their plan allowance inside third-party tools including Amp, Devin, Lovable, Notion, Vercel and OpenClaw. There are 16 launch partners, usage draws on ChatGPT Work and Codex quotas, and users can set per-app weekly caps.
