GAO: Six agencies withheld records on DOGE system access

The GAO said six federal agencies failed to provide records needed to verify whether DOGE personnel properly accessed and secured government systems. Four agencies confirmed DOGE teams had access to more than 23 systems, but auditors could not establish the full scope of that access.
