Dainik Bhaskar is turning its reporting into AI micro-dramas. It hasn’t said who checks them

Indian publisher D.B. Corp (newspaper Dainik Bhaskar) said on a quarterly earnings call that it is making AI micro-dramas based on its own news and publishing them in its app and on YouTube. The company did not disclose who fact-checks them, whether videos are labeled as AI-generated, or how real people from stories are portrayed.
