OptiScaler: moving Neural Rendering before upscaling boosts DLSS 5 by 50%

An enthusiast found that OptiScaler can apply DLSS 5's Neural Rendering layer before Super Resolution upscaling instead of after. On an RTX 4070 Ti at 1440p this delivered up to 50% more frames in The Blood of Dawnwalker and about 47% in Black Myth: Wukong with a slight quality trade-off.
