Samsung opens One UI 9 beta for Galaxy A16 5G and Galaxy A54 in India

Samsung has launched the One UI 9 (Android 17) beta program in India for the Galaxy A16 5G and Galaxy A54. For the A54 this is its fourth and final major OS upgrade under Samsung's policy, while the A16 gets the third of six promised updates. Builds weigh about 2.5 GB and include the September 2026 security patch.
