GTA 6 Won't Complete the Big Five GOTY Sweep
GTA 6 launches Nov. 19, a week after the Golden Joystick Awards are handed out on Nov. 11, making it ineligible at the fan-voted ceremony. That rules out a same-year sweep of all five major GOTY awards, a feat only Baldur's Gate 3 (2023) and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (2025) have achieved.
