University of Utah builds sovereign AI factory on HPE and Nvidia

The University of Utah deployed a sovereign AI factory based on HPE AI Factory with Nvidia Hopper GPUs and NVIDIA AI Enterprise, HPE Morpheus and OpsRamp software. Moving off public cloud cut operating costs by up to two-thirds and sped up analysis of protected medical and genomic data.
