Civo plans 40 edge datacenters for UK sovereign AI

UK cloud provider Civo plans to build 40 edge datacenters to deliver sovereign AI services. The first site in Hertfordshire opens by March 2027 with 8 MW, scaling to 38 MW, with a long-term 1 GW target. It will run Nvidia Vera Rubin NVL72 systems, with early access from $10 per hour.
