Flutter ships engineering workflows as Agent Skills for AI coding agents

Google is packaging Flutter's engineering workflows as official Agent Skills covering localization, routing, testing and architecture, which AI agents like Cursor and Copilot select automatically. Combined with Rules and MCP, the framework now versions its own best practices, reducing reliance on prompts and custom skill files.
