New iPad mini to get A20 Pro chip and landscape front camera

According to MacRumors, Apple is preparing a next-gen iPad mini with an A20 Pro chip, a landscape-oriented front camera and a new speaker system. It may also be water resistant with a slightly larger OLED display, with a launch possibly by the end of October.
