New iPad mini with OLED display could launch as soon as October

Apple is preparing its first iPad mini update in two years: according to Bloomberg, the tablet will get an OLED display and could launch as early as October. It is expected to feature an A19 Pro or A20 Pro chip, plus a water-resistant casing and a vibration-based speaker system without speaker holes.
