Fujitsu releases Open Quantum Application Research Package as open source

Fujitsu released the Open Quantum Application Research Package (OpenQARP) as open source on GitHub with more than 100 components, including its own quantum algorithms. The beta version, available since February 2026, has been used by more than 80 organizations; it supports a 40-qubit simulator based on 1024 PRIMEHPC FX700 and the NVIDIA CUDA-Q platform.

• ADAPT-VQE code cut from ~130 to under 40 lines of Python
