AWS launches CloudWatch Omni for agentic AI observability
Amazon Web Services has made Amazon CloudWatch Omni generally available, an OpenTelemetry-based observability platform for agentic AI. It ships with 17 built-in evaluators that score coherence, helpfulness and routing correctness, and runs outside the AWS console with extensions for VS Code, Cursor and Kiro. Sony and Capital One are early adopters.
