KB Kookmin Card completes stablecoin payment pilot at CU stores

KB Kookmin Card, together with BGF Retail, Nice Information & Telecommunication and AhnLab Blockchain Company, completed a stablecoin payment pilot at offline CU stores. Customers scan a QR code with their digital wallet, the transaction settles on-chain and the result is confirmed on the store kiosk, bypassing the existing card payment network.
