UK campaigners who beat AI copyright plan warn Australia

Campaigners who helped stop the UK from letting AI companies train on copyrighted work without permission have warned Australia against adopting a similar opt-out model. Only 3% of over 10,000 consultation respondents in the UK backed the opt-out approach, which was dropped in March.
