Google Search Console adds multimodal search reporting

Google Search Console introduced a multimodal search type filter in its Performance reports, grouping traffic from Google Lens, Circle to Search on Android, image uploads to Google Search, and Chrome's right-click image search. The feature began rolling out globally on September 24, 2026, and is available in both the Search results and Generative AI features reports.
