GitGuardian Deploys AI Agents to Triage Leaked Credentials

GitGuardian added two AI agents to Public Secrets Monitoring that analyze every public incident on GitHub and Docker Hub, returning a company-related verdict, a risk score, and visible reasoning. Exposed credentials rose 81% to 1.27 million last year, and 64% of secrets confirmed valid in 2022 remain unrevoked as of January 2026.
