Microsoft explains why Surface won't compete with MacBook Neo
Microsoft Surface CVP Brett Ostrum said the company avoids low-cost PCs so OEM partners can serve that segment. Surface will focus on premium tiers: Entry Premium, Premium and Ultra Premium, all priced above $1,000.
