NetApp acquires Peak:AIO to add parallel NFS to ONTAP

NetApp is acquiring UK-based Peak:AIO, developer of parallel NFS and metadata software for AI workloads. The technology will underpin ONTAP for exabyte-scale environments and trillions of files; deal terms were not disclosed.
