Oura IPO filing names Apple, Google and Samsung as competitors
In its IPO prospectus, Oura named Apple, Google and Samsung among rivals in wearables, while holding about 74% of global smart ring shipments in the first half of 2025, per Omdia. Its 3.6 million rings sold in the 12 months to June 30, 2026 were only about 2% of global wearable shipments.
