Blizzard drops first major World of Warcraft Forever beta patch notes

Blizzard has released the first big patch notes for the World of Warcraft Forever beta, featuring class tuning, a cooldown manager, and improved gamepad support. The cooldown manager currently works only for Druids, Mages, Priests, Warriors, and Warlocks and doesn't support spell ranks yet.
