Huawei Cloud launches AICS and AgentArts agent platform

At HUAWEI CONNECT 2026, Huawei Cloud unveiled its AI Cluster Service (AICS) with 10-minute fault recovery and 20% higher token throughput. AgentArts already serves over 100 customers, while Agentic MaaS offers one-click access to leading models. AICS ships in China on September 30 and abroad on November 30; AgentArts follows on December 30.
