Waymo scales to 4,000 robotaxis across 15 US cities

Waymo now operates about 4,000 robotaxis in 15 US cities and averages 500,000 paid rides per week. Roughly 80% of the fleet is concentrated in California and Texas, where vehicle registrations jumped 49% in three weeks to 1,102 cars, driven by the new Zeekr-built Ojai minivan.
