Ireland fines Google €403 million over location tracking

Ireland's Data Protection Commission fined Google Ireland Limited €403 million (about $463 million) after a six-year inquiry into how the company processed users' location data. The regulator ordered Google to bring its data processing into compliance with GDPR within six months.
