ACLU and Innocence Project join lawsuit over Reno PD facial recognition arrest

The ACLU and Innocence Project filed an amicus brief supporting a lawsuit against Reno, Nevada police and Officer Richard Jager. Jason Killinger was arrested after a live facial recognition match by the Peppermill casino; plaintiffs say such arrests occur up to 1,000 times a year.
