Glass Lewis merges with Clarity AI, makes Madrid its sustainability hub

Proxy adviser Glass Lewis has combined with Clarity AI, which sells sustainability data and AI analytics. The deal closed on 23 September with no financial terms disclosed. Madrid becomes the combined company's global centre for sustainability, data and AI, with over 900 staff across 20 offices.
