China installed 59% of new factory robots as EU installations fell 11%

Factories worldwide installed 603,000 industrial robots in 2025, up 11%, with China accounting for 354,000, or 59%, per the IFR's World Robotics 2026 report. The US overtook Japan as the second-largest market with 38,400 units, while EU installations fell 11% to 60,500.
