Police chief allegedly threatened warrant over Flock camera criticism

Ridge Spring, South Carolina resident Christian McClellan criticized Flock Safety cameras on Facebook and allegedly received a warrant threat from the police department's own account. Mayor James Harling identified Police Chief Terry Logan as the person behind the messages; no warrant was issued.
