Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 Add Heart Rate Setting for Theater Mode

Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 gain an "In Theater Mode" option that slows heart rate measurements from every five seconds to every five minutes, preventing the sensor's green light from distracting others in dark rooms. The setting lives in the Heart section of the Settings app.
