Google invests $15bn in Finland and secures 500 MW from Loviisa nuclear plant till 2050

Alphabet is investing a record $15 billion in Finland: three new data centers in Kajaani, Muhos and Vaala, expansion of its Hamina site, and up to 50% of the Loviisa nuclear plant's output (500 MW) through 2050. Construction starts in 2027, with about 37,000 jobs expected.
