Nearly 70% of workers use AI, but 56% get no time to upskill

Workera's 2026 State of Skills Intelligence Report found 67.8% of employees use AI tools beyond ChatGPT at least a couple of days a week, up from 39.9% a year earlier. Yet 56.4% say no work hours are set aside for upskilling and 42.5% cite a lack of relevant learning materials.
