Curiosity marks 5,000 Martian days with top 10 photos of Mars

NASA's Curiosity rover has operated on Mars for more than 14 years instead of its planned two and marked its 5,000th sol on Aug. 30, 2026. It has driven over 38 km, climbed more than 1,000 meters up Mount Sharp and sent back over 780,000 photos from its 17 cameras.
