Prismor: open-source runtime control plane for AI agents

PrismorSec released Prismor, a free open-source security layer for AI coding agents that checks every tool call against a policy and returns allow, warn, or block. Measured overhead is 0.8 ms per call across 10,000 simulated sessions. Rules start in observe mode, with three preset postures.
