Uber moves to acquire Delivery Hero and Baemin as Korea's FTC opens review
Uber has filed for a preliminary review with South Korea's FTC to acquire all shares of Delivery Hero via a public tender offer. The deal is valued at about $13.7 billion (23.28 trillion won) and would give Uber control of Woowa Brothers, operator of Korea's top food delivery app Baemin.
