Li Auto unveils embodied AI trio: ME-Brain-1.0, ME-U0 and ME-VLM

Li Auto's Foundation Model team published an embodied-AI trilogy: the ME-Brain-1.0 system, the MachEmbodied-U0 (ME-U0) unified world-action model and MachEmbodied-VLM (ME-VLM) cognitive models. The Cognitive Core ships as a 35B-A3B MoE plus a 4B edge variant on the M100 SoC; ME-U0 was pretrained on about 4,200 hours and scored 99.1% on LIBERO.

• ME-VLM cuts Prefill latency on M100 from about 400 ms to 188 ms
