TD's Layer 6 and Cohere launch $25-million AI collaboration

Toronto-Dominion Bank announced an initial investment of up to $25 million over three years to support AI development and adoption. The funds back a strategic collaboration between TD's AI research centre Layer 6 and Toronto-based LLM developer Cohere to apply secure enterprise AI models inside the bank.
