San Francisco sues Trump Media over paid early access to Trump's posts

San Francisco has sued Trump Media & Technology Group, accusing it of selling early access to Trump's Truth Social posts through its Truth API service at $100,000 a month. The city seeks to ban the service and impose a $2,500 fine per violation of California's Unfair Competition Law.
