iOS 27 breaks NordVPN's anti-phishing protection and other DNS filters

NordVPN says iOS 27's Connectivity Assist, enabled by default, reroutes traffic to mobile data when a phishing site is blocked, bypassing VPN protection. Pi-hole, Firewalla and Cloudflare WARP users reported the same issue. Disabling Connectivity Assist is the only full fix.
