AstroForge puts AI in command of its next spacecraft

AstroForge has built an autonomous control stack called Solo, a transformer-based model trained on data from about 2,500 spacecraft sensors. DeepSpace-2 will fly Solo in shadow mode in 2026, and the Autonomy-1 mission in 2027 is planned without any Earth radio link.
