Space-rated analog ICs move into standard catalog offerings

Space-rated analog ICs are shifting from custom-order parts to standard catalog items. Texas Instruments introduced the INA951-SEP, TRF0108-SP and TMP9R01-SP, aided by the 2024 QML Class P standard for plastic-encapsulated space ICs.

• Texas Instruments released three space-rated analog ICs: INA951-SEP, TRF0108-SP and TMP9R01-SP
• INA951-SEP senses shunt voltage over a –4 V to 80 V common-mode range
• TRF0108-SP covers near-DC to 12 GHz and replaces passive baluns
• TMP9R01-SP reads up to nine remote sensors at 0.0625 °C resolution
