European Commission unveils EU Action Plan Against Cyberbullying

The European Commission launched an EU Action Plan Against Cyberbullying on 10 February 2026 for Safer Internet Day. The plan combines prevention, victim support and easier reporting, including a proposed EU-wide app blueprint linked to national helplines with secure evidence storage. It does not introduce new EU-level criminal-law measures.
