Gartner: 15% of nations in unstable regions will set up data embassies by 2029

Gartner predicts that by 2029 at least 15% of nations in unstable regions will sign formal data embassy agreements — extraterritorial data centers granted diplomatic immunity. Estonia opened the first such embassy in Luxembourg in 2015, and a live government cloud was added there this year.
