IDC: European AI spending to reach nearly $470 billion by 2030

IDC forecasts European organizations will spend nearly $470 billion on AI in 2030, growing 35% a year from 2025. Generative AI will account for 55.4% of the total, with agentic AI as the main driver. Banking is the largest spender at 12.6% of the 2026 market.
